Air-Conditioners 
All four bedrooms are equipped with air conditioners for both cooling and heating. Please remember to turn them off whenever you leave the apartment.
 
Laundry Washing Machine use ONLY the Quick mode, as the Cotton and other modes take 3-5 hours to complete washing
 
Hot Water – New Bathroom Next to the Kitchen
If you run out of hot water, turn on the electric fuse switch located above the kitchen table. Leave it on for a maximum of 30 minutes to fully heat the boiler, then be sure to turn it off.


 
 
 
 
 




Hot water - Blue (old) bathroom - The boiler heats the water automatically after some time. No action is needed.

Dinning Table
In addition to the kitchen dining table, there is a foldable dining table located in the common area near the entrance, under the TV. It can be opened to accommodate an additional 6–8 dining seats.

Wall-Mounted Heat Pump Above the Kitchen
The device mounted on the wall above the kitchen is a decorative antique. Please do not touch or attempt to use it.

Parking -  Public street parking is available in front of the building and along the street (our/left side of the street, free of charge. The public parking space is subjected to availability. 
A secured parking lot is available 100m down the street (Samou 10) for an extra charge (5€) or an underground garage - Parking Domoteka (150m away) at the address: Theodore Diligiannis 48, for an extra charge: 6€/day. Trash disposal - Garbage should be tied up securely in bags and carried out to the garbage containers located in front of the building.
